According to the Huffington Post, a 23-year-old Chicago man was arrested after he allegedly made a bomb threat while aboard a CTA bus during the Monday rush hour.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Russell was on a westbound No. 66 Chicago Avenue bus near Orleans Street in the city's River North neighborhood when he reportedly yelled that he would "blow this **** up" while shouting derogatory remarks. The man also claimed he was "jihad against the white devil."
Russell allegedly yelled racial slurs at police officers while he was being arrested on the charge of making a bomb threat, a felony. His bond was set at $90,000 on Tuesday, CBS Chicago reports. He is due back in court on Monday.
